This is a fantastic video of magnified fascia. It shows areas of restriction and how fluid fascia is or should be. The sliding and gliding of fascia tissue over other tissues is very evident. The reason why we ask you to drink lots of water after a session is to get the areas that have been freed up sliding and gliding as in this clip. Think of how much easier your body will function if everything moves so easy. You can see the abundance of blood vessels in this fascia tissue.
